RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.116 dated 04.08.2018 registered under Sections 420/409/34 IPC at Police Station Chhajali, District Sangrur, Punjab.

Interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.08.2018 has already been made absolute vide order dated 19.11.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Disposed of accordingly.
