RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the investigating officer to complete the investigation in case FIR No.146 dated 27.03.2017 registered under Sections 420, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Line, Amritsar.
Learned State counsel submits that despite best possible efforts, even taking assistance of the petitioner, accused could not be arrested and every endeavour would be made to arrest them. He has assured to carry on regular efforts to arrest the accused. Petition is disposed of with direction to the State of Punjab to make repeated efforts to arrest the proclaimed offenders of this case.
