(ORAL) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that order dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-63917-2024, whereby respondent No.1 herein was directed "to consider and dispose of the representation dated 07.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law in an expeditious manner", has not been complied with.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Inspector Gurpreet Sigh, SHO, Police Station Sadar Nabha, Patiala, informs that the said representation dated 07.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) has not been received by the respondent No.1, or in the Police Station. It is further submitted that the petitioner had submitted another representation dated 08.02.2025, which has been decided on 30.03.2025 by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, and, therefore, no contempt is made out.
