RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.35 dated 09.04.2018 registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur. On instructions from ASI Balkinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 26.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
