Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. *** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and submitted an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagdev Singh from E.O. Wing, Faridkot. He states that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 28.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
