Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.207 dated 25.11.2015, under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148 read with Section 149 (Charges framed under Sections 506, 323, 324 read with Section 34) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Morinda, District Rupnagar, and other consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. 2.
At the outset, learned State counsel has apprised the Court that FIR was registered way back on 25.11.2015, but petitioner is not coming forward to join investigation.

Case called twice, but there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Even on the previous occasion, position was same. 4.
In view of the above, it seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
