(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents not to harass him on the basis of any false case at the instance private respondent No.4-Sukhbir Kaur (incorrectly mentioned as respondent No.6 in the memo of parties). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's nephew was married to respondent No.4-Sukhbir Kaur but on account of some matrimonial discord, some complaints are being filed by said Sukhbir Kaur raising allegations against various relatives of her husband including the petitioner.
