(O&M) 15.07.2025 (Annexure P-5), has directed that in order to protect the interests of both the parties and to preserve the suit property, the parties shall maintain status quo with respect to the suit land till the final disposal of the case.

In my considered view, once the Civil Court had directed the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the suit land, the learned Assistant Collector, IInd Grade, Karnal, was justified in adjourning the matter sine die vide order dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure P-6). 4.

Considering the totality of circumstances, I find no compelling reason which may warrant interference by this Court in the impugned order. 5.
