Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to decide the application dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-9), which has been given pursuant to the order dated 25.02.2026 (Annexure P-7) passed by this Court in CWP5406-2026, in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that despite the order being passed by this Court on 25.02.2026, the Sarpanch is still carrying on the constructions beyond his area. 2.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Ms. Simran, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Radaur, states that the application dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-9) would be decided within a AMAN JAIN 2026.03.30 09:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-9319-2026 (O&M) -2period of two weeks from today and meanwhile, learned counsel assures the Court, that no further construction shall be allowed at the site in question. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed off with directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar to decide the application dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-9) within a period of two weeks from today. Meanwhile, the respondents shall remain bound by the assurance given by the learned State counsel today in Court. 5.
