Learned counsel for the complainant opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that the complainant is 15 years old at the time of occurrence. Learned State counsel on the other hand on instruction from ASI Pawan Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 12.11.2016 and is no longer further required for custodial interrogation. Keeping in view the fact that the present F.I.R seems to be a counter-blast of the F.I.R lodged by the petitioner on 21.09.2016 (P-2) GAURAV ARORA 2017.01.16 13:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
