The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.266 dated 11.06.2018 registered under Sections 307, 506, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'the IPC') and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
