(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 73 dated 21.11.2023 under Sections 498A, 34 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Women, Bathinda, Punjab and report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. dated 27.01.2024 on merits. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to quash the aforesaid FIR and report, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
