Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patlala, (respondent No. 2), to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.01.2024 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate action by arresting the private respondents No. 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Balkar Singh, Police Station Sadar, Tehsil Nabha, District Patiala, submits that respondent No. 4-Gurdev Singh and respondent No. 5-Paramjit Kaur, have joined the investigation on 18.06.2024 and 09.05.2024, respectively. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
