**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 540 dated 18.8.2016 registered at Police Station Civil Lines Hisar, District Hisar under Sections 354(A) (1), 323, 452, 506 IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Interim bail had been allowed to the petitioner on the last date of hearing.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the bonds were furnished. State counsel submits that they have not received any complaint from the victim's side.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the order dated 25.10.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute on the same terms which were ordered on the last date of hearing.
