ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.60 dated 20.01.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.
On 29.09.2017, the petitioner was granted interim bail. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 29.09.2017, the petitioner has already joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the complainant - Parmod Bajaj has already settled the dispute with co-accused Gaurav Goyal and as per the settlement between them, copy of which is attached as Annexure P4, it is agreed that Gaurav Goyal shall pay the amount of Rs.16.50 lacs towards all the outstanding amount against the complainant. Counsel for the petitioner has further referred to the terms and conditions of this agreement where it has been agreed that after the entire amount is paid, the complainant will get the FIR quashed on the basis of the compromise.

CRM No.M-36505 of 2017 (O&M) It is further submitted that the anticipatory bail of coaccused Gaurav Goyal has already been allowed vide order dated 24.03.2017 passed in CRM-M No.8218 of 2017. Counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the petitioner is not required for any other investigation.
On the other hand, counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mahinder Singh, has submitted that some recovery is yet to be effected from the petitioner.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.09.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
