Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 173 dated 12.11.2012 registered under Sections 148/149/323/324/307/506 IPC at Police Station Raipur Rani, District Panchkula and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Harpal Singh, who is present in court, submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but he never joined the investigation. According to him, challan has been presented against four accused but investigation qua the petitioner is still pending. In view of above, present petition is mis-conceived as investigation is pending. No case of quashing of present FIR is made out. Dismissed.
