(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing show cause notice dated 04.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) issued by respondent No.2- Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other legal remedies against order dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P-2). 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
