***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.')for quashing of FIR No.79 dated 27.08.2016, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that during pendency of proceedings, respondent No.2 has since expired. He further seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the pleas before learned Court below. 3.

Registry to delete name of respondent No.2 from memo of parties. Main petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.
