Wing, Ludhiana. ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) ASI Sukhdev Singh, present in Court, submits that as per opinion given by District Attorney (Legal), the police is waiting for the decision of civil suit and this petition before taking any action against petitioners on the complaint of respondent no. 5-Gurinder Singh. Till date no FIR has been registered against petitioners. In view of facts stated by ASI Sukhdev Singh, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana that in the event of FIR being registered against petitioners on the complaint of respondent no. 5-Gurinder Singh and arrest of petitioners being required, they will be given 10 days prior notice in writing before their arrest.
