Counsel for both the parties submit that compromise has been effected and a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed and first statement has been recorded. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the petition and will file a fresh one for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.
