(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed seeking to quash order dated 28.09.2016 passed by the JMIC, Amritsar vide which application filed by the petitioner seeking permission to go abroad for three months for the purpose of treatment of her mother during the pendency of FIR No.18 dated 15.05.2011, has been dismissed.

Since the petitioner herein already stands acquitted in aforementioned FIR, no further orders are called for and consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
