RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Balwinder Singh @ Billa Bhagat in case FIR No.266 dated 27.05.2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

On instructions from ASI Chander Mohan, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 29.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
