(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the official respondents to hand over investigation of case FIR No. 178 dated 23.04.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 302 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh, to some independent agency or to some higher police officer of some other district or some Special Investigation Team, be constituted for fair investigation in the aforesaid FIR. At the outset, on instructions from SI Partap Singh, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that investigation in the aforesaid FIR has been completed and challan has been presented in the trial Court on RISHU KATARIA 2021.11.02 10:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
