******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.17 dated 05.02.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-A, 279, 337, 338 and 427 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana City.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per order dated 28.09.2017, petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail. Thereafter, he is appearing before the trial Court regularly.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Head Constable Gurtehal Singh, endorses the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.

CRM-M-36525-2017 -2Keeping in view the fact that petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and is now appearing regularly, this petition is allowed and order dated 28.09.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that he will keep on appearing on each and every date of hearing. In the event of his nonappearance on any date without permission, the trial Court will be competent to cancel his bail and forfeit the bail bond and surety bond and proceed against him in accordance with law.
