Present appeal has been filed for quashing of the order dated 20.02.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, whereby, charges were framed against the appellant under Sections 307, 459, 323, 325 & 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'the IPC'); Section 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short, 'the SC&ST Act'); and Sections 27 & 30 of the Arms Act, 1959 (for short, 'the Arms Act'), in FIR No.64 dated 22.03.2020, under Sections 307, 459, 323, 325 & 506 read with Section ATUL SETHI 2024.11.13 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-
