This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 075 dated 04.05.2017 under sections 436, 323, 427, 506, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station City Kotkapura. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated September 28, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated September 28, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
