Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 258 dated 20.4.2017, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC at Police Station Samalkha. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that despite the fact that FIR was registered on 20.4.2017 and after lapse of five months, not even a single arrest has been effected and no effective investigation is being carried out. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 16.9.2017 (Annexure P7) to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, Panipat, but the same remained unattended till now.
