Present petition has been filed for directing the Trial Court to decide application dated 05.12.2017 (Annexure P-4), which was filed by the petitioner under Section 340 Cr.P.C., for filing complaint against the accused for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station Sadar, Tarn Taran.

Court is informed that trial is already over and, therefore, present petition is rendered infructuous with afflux of time. 3.

In view of above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
