(ORAL) Through this 2nd petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in complaint case bearing COMA No.137 of 2018 dated 13.11.2018 titled Shankar Prasad Sarma vs MICA Industries Ltd. And Others, under Section 132 of the CGST Act, 2017 read with Section 20 of the IGST Act, 2017.

Vide order dated 16.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been directed to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate/trial Court/Duty Magistrate and on his doing so, the Court concerned was directed to release him on bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid, the petitioner has appeared before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram, on 26.05.2022 and had furnished the requisite bail/surety bonds, which have also been accepted by the AMAN JAIN 2022.10.11 18:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer, does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
