The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for the issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to take legal action against respondents No.5 to 15 and to investigate FIR No.334 dated 01.10.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 115, 118(1), 190, 191(3), 324(2), 333 and 351(2) BNS at Police Station Baldev Nager, District Ambala.

The learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. (Section 193 BNSS) has been submitted against Gourav on 04.04.2025. A supplementary challan shall be presented against 04 accused, namely Rajinder Kumar, Rajan Verma, Rajat Verma and Kawal Kumar, within a period of 04 weeks. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
