(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 270 dated 09.09.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that parties have compromised the matter.

Learned counsel for complainant has fairly conceded that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. Therefore, he has no objection, if, the instant petition is allowed and order dated 26.10.2017, is made absolute.

In view of the above, the order dated 26.10.2017, is made absolute. The instant petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
