Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the grounds taken herein before the Court concerned which has granted the bail. Allowed as prayed for.
