After arguing for some time, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to approach the higher authorities to bring to their notice that the factual position noted in the impugned order is incorrect as the petitioner was senior to certain employees, who have wrongly been treated senior to the petitioner so as to decide as to which roster point the petitioner will get promotion and higher authorities be directed to decide the said claim of the petitioner in a time bound manner so that petitioner does not suffer any prejudice. 2.
Notice of motion.

Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioner files any such representation to respondent No. 1 claiming the relief as being claimed in the present petition, the same will be considered in accordance with law and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of three months from the date of RIYA 2024.04.20 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a representation with respondent No. 1 as stated herein before. 6.

It may be noticed that in case rights of any other employees are affected, all those affected parties should be given hearing before deciding the claim of the petitioner.
