******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is third bail application filed by the petitioner. The second petition (CRM-M-2053-2018) filed by him was dismissed on 14.03.2018 with observation that petitioner is a previous convict having been convicted in three other cases under the NDPS Act and is a habitual offender. There is no change of circumstance after the dismissal of second bail application. This petition has no merit and the same is dismissed. However, trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case and try to dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
