This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 2 and 3 to take remedial action as per law against respondents No. 4 to 13 in GD No. 131 dated 15.08.2024 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190 of BNS which is registered as cross case in FIR No. 67 dated 15.08.2024 registered at Police Station Sadar Balachaur, District SBS Nagar with a further prayer for issuance of direction to official respondent to file status report in the above said GD No.

Status report by way of an affidavit of Sham Sunder Sharma, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Balachaur, District SBS Nagar on behalf of respondents No. 1,2 and 3 has been filed in the Court and the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI- Pushpinder Kumar submits that further proceedings in this case shall be carried out within a period of four weeks. He further submits that the persons who are not being arrested, P.O. proceedings shall be initiated against them. 4.

In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the State, no further order is required to be passed in this case. 5.

Petition stands disposed of.
