Petitioners Kulwinder Kaur, Baljit Kaur, Bhinder Kaur and Mukhtiar Singh have filed a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No. 1 to 4 to hear and decide the complaint dated 4.9.2019 (Annexure P/4) submitted under Article 20(3) of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 against the proforma respondents No. 5 to 8.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents Nos. 1 to 4 to look into the representation of the petitioners Annexure P-4 and dispose it of by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
