**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that petitioner is married to Ashwini Kumar (respondent No.4) and she has three children. She went to convert into Islam religion but the private respondents has threatened to kill her. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation dated 21.08.2016 to the Superintendent of Police, Panipat for seeking protection of life and liberty from them but till date no action has been taken. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Panipat (respondent No.3), to look into the representation dated 21.08.2016, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
