(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing/setting aside orders dated 19.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) and 12.07.2018 (Annexure P-2) whereby learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind, against the order dated 19.03.2018 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jind awarding ad-interim maintenance of Rs.8,000/- p.m. to the respondent, has dismissed the revision petition vide order dated 12.07.2018.
The present petition pertains to the year 2018. Vide order dated 17.10.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, notice was issued to the respondent only to the extent of facilitating an amicable settlement of dispute between the parties. Vide order dated 17.05.2019, parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
