Prayer in the petition is for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for intentional and willful defiance of order, Annexure P/1 dated 09.03.2022 in CWP No.26626 of 2021.

Learned DAG has placed on record communication dated 05.07.2022 from the Director General Health Service, Haryana, to the petitioner, whereby the MBBS degree in original has been returned to the petitioner. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who states that in the circumstances, he does not press the instant petition and the same may be disposed of as such with the bond payment made by the petitioner being made subject to the final outcome of CWP No.26626 of 2021 in terms of orders dated 09.03.2022 in the aforementioned writ petition. 3.

In view of the position noted above as well as statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of as not calling for any action against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 while making it clear that the bond payment made by the petitioner will, be subject to the outcome of CWP No.26626 of 2021.
