Mr. B.S. Jaswal, Advocate for the complainant. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.39 dated 12.05.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sector 49, Chandigarh.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already filed CRM-M No.13511 and 13532 of 2018 for quashing of the FIRs on the basis of the compromise in which, counsel for the complainant has appeared and the parties have been directed to get their statement recorded before the trial Court.

This fact is also not disputed by counsel for the U.T., Chandigarh.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.09.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
