Mr. Paramjit Batta, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, for the non-applicant/respondent No.1 to 6. The learned counsel representing the review applicant admits that this Court has already dealt with the contention of the petitioner and he just wishes to re-assert the same.

The scope of judicial review is limited. It would not be appropriate for the Court to review the order despite sufficient opportunity. The learned counsel representing the applicant has failed to draw the attention of the Court to any substantive error or arbitrariness in the order. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present review application is dismissed.
