***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.203 dated 06.03.2014, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Gurgaon City. While issuing notice of motion following order was passed by this Court on 21.10.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. In fact parties have also moved a petition in this Court seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. " Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Sanjeev Kumar has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 21.10.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
