(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.145 dated 25.06.2014 under Sections 336, 323, 427, 295, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present case is covered by the judgment passed in CRM-M-26223 of 2014 titled as Kashmir Singh and another versus State of Punjab decided on 25.09.2014.

   Learned Additional Advocate General has not able to distinguish how the said case is different from the present case. In the circumstances the present petition is allowed in the same terms as in CRM-M-26223 of 2014.
