After arguing for some time, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petitions to enable the petitioners to file a comprehensive representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, which learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the same shall be decided within a further period of 3 months from its receipt, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
