**** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (Oral) In compliance to the order dated 29.08.2022, learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 09.09.2022, by way of affidavit of Priyanshu Dewan, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Cyber, Gurugram, on behalf of the respondent-State. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

A copy thereof has been handed over to the learned opposite counsel. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Court of Area Magistrate and in case regular bail application is moved by the petitioner, then same be decided expeditiously, in a time bound manner. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to withdraw the present petition.

It is, however, clarified that in case petitioner surrenders before the Court concerned within a period of 10 days from today and moves a regular bail application, the same would be decided by the Court within a period of next seven days.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
