(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.199, dated 31.08.2014, registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, Distt. Tarn Taran, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 21/61/85 of NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Shish Pal, states that in compliance of the order dated 05.11.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 21.01.2015 and the recovery of motorcycle has been affected from him. At this stage, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Crl. Misc. No. M-36630 of 2014 (O&M) -2the recovery was effected from the co-accused i.e 220 grams of heroin.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 05.11.2014 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
