RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct the medical examination of the petitioner as well as to record her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 29.04.2022, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time bound manner.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Nuh, Mewat, to look into the representation, (if any is filed before it within one week from today) and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the representation.
