Mr. L.S. Sidhu, Advocate, for the complainant. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.59 dated 08.06.2014 registered under Sections 406/498-A/34 IPC at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Complainant Swaran Singh and Amandeep Kaur are present in Court. Petitioners have handed over Rs.1,25,000/- to Amandeep Kaur and she has filed her affidavit dated 29.05.2015 to the effect that she has received the aforesaid money and matter has been settled between the parties. Complainant Swaran Singh and Amandeep Kaur submit that as and when petitioners file petition for quashing the FIR, they will make RAVINDER SINGH 2015.05.29 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 29.10.2014 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel informs that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 29.10.2014 passed by this Court is made absolute. Petition disposed of accordingly.
