This is an application filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking preponement the date of hearing in the main case i.e. CRM-M-17736-2026 from 16.07.2026 to an early date.

In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the date of hearing in the main case is advanced from 16.07.2026 to 21.05.2026, i.e., today itself. III.

CRM stands disposed of.

This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking withdrawal of the main case, i.e., CRM-M-17736-2026. II.

It has been averred in the application that applicant-petitioner wishes to withdraw main petition, so that he may be able to approach Court of Sessions under the changed circumstances and thus, applicant-petitioner does not want to pursue present petition.

At this stage, learned State counsel, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent - State and pleads no objection to the prayer made in the applicatoin. V.

Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of the applicant-petitioner, prayer made therein is allowed, and the applicant-petitioner is permitted to withdraw present case.
