This is second petition filed by the petitioner seeking protection of her life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 & 5. First petition filed by the petitioner i.e. CRWP-2197-2023, came up for consideration on 27.03.2023 (Annexure P-5) and following order was passed by this Court:

"PRESENT: Mr. Divyam Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy available to him, under the law. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforementioned."

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not convinced with the arguments addressed, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will not file the petition again with same facts & same cause of action for the petitioner. Thus, he very humbly seeks withdrawal of the present petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
